Having your MoJo humming is very important to your physical health. What! Yes, I have concluded with all my research (seriously) that if we want to be physically healthy we need to be fulfilled, grateful, forgiving and have joy and passion in our lives. To help you find some ideas, inspiration and to back up what I say I encourage you to go to Youtube and check out TED Talks. TED Talks are held all over the world and cover every subject from science, health to motivational, inspirational to education etc. If you happen to click on one you don’t like 🙁 just try another one, I love them!
Back to my original statement about physical well being, listen to Lissa Rankin “The Shocking Truth about your Health.” It gave me a lot to think about.
So now that you know how important getting your MoJo humming start thinking about what you like to do that makes you happy, relaxed or even excited. If you can’t think of anything then just start trying new activities. People I know have started the following; photography, singing, cooking, hiking, went back to school, painting, study a new language, just to name a few. Now even your vacations can be more interesting if it’s around your new passion!
